Gulkand is made using Chaitri Gulab, native pinkish roses sourced from Rajasthan. Sweetened using Mishri and Raw Honey. It is a rose petal preserve that is made by mixing mishri with rose petals and keeping them in a pot for ageing for several days. It is then cooked with fennel seeds and cardamom and then sweetened with honey. It acts as a good coolant for the body.
It is best before 6 months from the date of packaging.
